I am a sole practitioner, and work alone at the present time.
I provide construction documents for residential and small commercial structures.
After moving to the area about three years ago from Southern California, I have become more familiar with the local building and planning agencies in the area. I have worked with agencies around the area, Sacramento City, County, Tahoe (Placer County), West Sacramento, Marysville (Yuba County), City of Citrus Heights, Redwood city (San Mateo County).
I have access to consultants which enable me to provide construction documents which can include Landscape, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical, Fire Sprinkler design and limited Fire Alarm design.
